H-3 Trainee classification offers multinational employers a means of transferring foreign-based employees to participate in a training program in the United States. An H-3 petition may be filed on behalf of multiple beneficiaries (employees), and provides work authorization which is incidental to the training program. H-3 status is thus particularly well suited for well-defined “hands on” training programs for groups of employees.
