DOS Releases June 2010 Visa Bulletin: Advancement of Priority Dates for EB-2 and EB-3 Categories in China
The Department of State (DOS) released the June 2010 Visa Bulletin, indicating slight advancements in the employment-based second preference (EB-2) category for individuals born in China, as well as for the third preference (EB-3) categories for all countries except Mexico. The EB-2 cut-off date for individuals born in India remains unchanged and the EB-3 visa for individuals born in Mexico remains unavailable. Foreign nationals with priority dates earlier than the cut-off dates below, or where noted as "current", may file, or be approved for, an adjustment of status application in the month of June 2010.
