November 2011 Visa Bulletin: Quota Cutoff Dates for EB-2
India and China Advance The Department of State released its November 2011 visa bulletin last week, indicating significant advancement in the priority dates for employment-based second preference (EB-2) for individuals born in India and China. The priority dates in the EB-3 category also advanced slightly by one to two weeks. Foreign nationals with priority dates earlier than the cut-off dates below, or where noted as "current", may file, or be approved for, an adjustment of status application in the month of November 2011.
