Advancement of Priority Dates for EB-2 India and EB-3 Worldwide
The Department of State (DOS) released the May 2011 Visa Bulletin, indicating forward movement in the cut-off date for employment-based second preference (EB-2) for individuals born in India for two months, while EB-2 China has limited forward movement of two weeks. The employment-based third preference (EB-3) for all countries except India, China and Mexico moved forward by one month, while EB-3 China moved forward for over six weeks and EB-3 Mexico for three months. Foreign nationals with priority dates earlier than the cut-off dates below, or where noted as "current", may file, or be approved for, an adjustment of status application in the month of May 2011.
