April 2011 Visa Bulletin: Slight Advancement of Priority Dates for EB-3 Worldwide and EB-2 China
The Department of State (DOS) released the April 2011 Visa Bulletin, indicating continued forward movement for employment-based third preference (EB-3). There is a slight movement in the cut-off date for employment-based second preference (EB-2) for individuals born in China, while EB-2 India remains unchanged. Foreign nationals with priority dates earlier than the cut-off dates below, or where noted as "current", may file, or be approved for, an adjustment of status application in the month of April 2011.
