DOS Releases July 2010 Visa Bulletin: Priority Date for EB-2 India Advances 8 Months
The Department of State (DOS) released the July 2010 Visa Bulletin, indicating an eight-month advancement in the cut-off date for the employment-based second preference (EB-2) category for individuals born in India, and advancements in the (EB-3) categories for all countries except Mexico. The EB-3 visa for individuals born in Mexico remains unavailable. Foreign nationals with priority dates earlier than the cut-off dates below, or where noted as "current", may file, or be approved for, an adjustment of status application in the month of July 2010.
