DOS Releases February 2010 Visa Bulletin: Slight Advancement for EB-2 China and Most EB-3 Categories
The Department of State (DOS) issued the February 2010 Visa Bulletin, indicating a forward movement of three weeks in the employment-based second preference category for individuals born in China. The cut-off dates for the third preference (EB-3) categories for individuals born in China, Philippines and worldwide also each advanced over one month. All other employment-based categories remained unchanged from the January 2010 visa bulletin. Foreign nationals with priority dates earlier than the cut-off dates below, or where noted as "current", may file, or be approved for, an adjustment of status application in the month of February 2010.
