Amy Reinhorn joined Goeschl & Reinhorn PLC as a Partner in May 2007, having previously served as a Senior Associate with the San Francisco office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. Amy focuses her practice on business immigration law, assisting corporate clients with hiring and retaining foreign national employees with regard to labor certifications, specialty occupation petitions and intra-company transfers. She is also adept at immigration law compliance matters relating to mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructurings; and the overall management of corporate immigration programs to ensure compliance with Department of Labor and Homeland Security regulations.

Amy serves as our firm resource for outbound work permits and visas for employment of foreign national employees all over the world, and has developed a strong network of reliable foreign immigration attorneys. She has published several articles pertaining to immigration law, and is a frequent panelist at national immigration conferences. Amy has also been recognized for her pro bono work, specifically in the area of representing refugee children.
