Thao Nguyen has concentrated in the area of corporate immigration law for over eight years in the New York metro area. She assists multinational, medium-sized and small start up corporations in securing immigrant and nonimmigrant visas for their foreign national workforce. Thao also consults on issues of compliance with Department of Homeland Security and Department of Labor regulations, as well as provides advice on nationality issues.

Thao is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law (1997) and is a member of the New York Bar and American Immigration Lawyers Association. She speaks fluent French and is proficient in Vietnamese.
