Michelle Law joined Goeschl Law Corporation as an Associate Attorney in September 2007. She earned her J.D. from University of California Hastings College of the Law in May 2006 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2006. During law school, Michelle was a member of the competitive moot court team, placing 2nd place in the NYU Immigration Law Moot Court Competition and served on the UC Hastings’ Moot Court Board. Upon graduation, Michelle has focused on business immigration law, previously as an Associate at the San Francisco-based immigration firm Jackson & Hertogs. Her immigration law experience has also included an internship with the Immigrant Legal Resource Center (ILRC), where she worked on immigrant rights pertaining to criminal and Constitutional issues.

Michelle received her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in Political Science – International Relations from the University of California, San Diego. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
