Malcolm Goeschl established Goeschl & Reinhorn PLC in January, 2005, having previously served with Cooley Godward LLP as a Senior Associate. Malcolm has over ten years corporate immigration experience involving a wide range of clients, including large multinationals and small start-ups. In addition to securing visas and permanent residency status for foreign national employees, Malcolm is skilled in assisting client companies in developing related internal policies and processes to conform to Department of Labor and Department of Homeland Security regulations. He is experienced in overseeing the administration of inhouse immigration programs, and developing tailored solutions to matters involving corporate changes and transactions.

Malcolm is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law (1998) and is a member of the California Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association.
